Subject: [PATCH 1/1] 	If we've found -lcrypto, update LIBS so that the next
 check for 	-lssl uses -lcrypto.  Otherwise, autoconf helpfully deletes 
 -lcrypto from the LIBS variable BEFORE checking for -lssl.
