Hack AC_LIBLTDL_INSTALLABLE so it sets LIBLTDLPATH (or not)
and we don't get the crap of libltdl/ NOT being configured, but
the Make.inc thinking it was, and trying to build in there.

Did I mention I hate autoconf?
