Daniel Henninger:
Incorporation of a variety of new features since taking over the module from
James Robinson.  Added Apache 2.x compatibilty.  Split up/cleaned up code
and moved towards configure script based configuration.

James Robinson:
Wrote the initial mod_auth_kerb module of which I (Daniel Henninger) was asked
to take over.
