With 2.65 on OSX, libradsec isn't linked correctly with
libfreeradius-radius and libevent-core.  The effect is that a program
linking with -lradsec need to add the other two libraries on the link
line as well.

Whether 2.66 or 2.67 works on OSX is unknown.
