   1 Moonshot supports installing new identities via an XML-based .msht file format.
   2 This file has the MIME type 'application/moonshot+xml'. An association is
   3 created on install so that these files are automatically opened by Moonshot
   4 when clicked. It is also possible to provide these via HTTP - in this case,
   5 make sure that the HTTP mime-type header is correctly set or the file may not
   6 be handled correctly by the user's browser.
